Experienced
The company was established in 2018 by husband and wife Lee & Vicky after
purchasing their own property portfolio.
Lee has over 25 years’ experience in housing and construction and Vicky has over 25 years’ experience within finance and housing related support.
We are Rent Smart Wales licensed, Fully Insured and members of the Tenancy
Deposit Protection Scheme.

We provide emergency accommodation, support and longer-term tenancies to families looking for private rented accommodation.
We are available 365 days a year to support our tenants and deal with any tenancy related issues.
We also offer an effective, efficient and affordable property maintenance service to other landlords and private householders in the area.

We provide homes for many families and are continually adding more properties to our portfolio to enable us to offer homes to more families throughout the area.
Property Lettings
At Millard & Welsman Homes we have our own portfolio of properties of which we
are the registered landlord. This gives our tenants the peace of mind that their
tenancies are secure and managed effectively.
Emergency Housing
At Millard & Welsman Homes we provide family centred emergency housing to families with a maximum of one child and pregnant women who require housing related support to obtain and maintain a more permanent home.
Property Maintenance
At Millard & Welsman Homes we offer a complete range of property maintenance and refurbishment services to landlords and private householders in the area.
